Refund / Cancellations Policy
At RealBid, we make sure that the won products are shipped as early as possible once the auction price is received. We will deliver the goods within 15 business days. We give our winners a right to return or cancel an order. This right comes into picture as soon as the contract is concluded.
The cancellation rights will expire within the 7 days after the day winner receives the goods. In the event of faulty/defective goods received by the winner, he/she can return the goods via return policy of the company.
You are required to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the auction ID. It is mandatory to mention the reason for return. RealBid will scrutinize the case before giving an authorisation. No returns will be accepted without a valid authorisation from the company and once it is done, RealBid will provide you a delivery address for the return.
The customer is required to return the goods in the same condition as they were received in order to complete a return or cancellation. The customer is required to pay the shipping expenses in case of returns. He will be exempted from shipping expenses only if the goods are defective.
The company will not accept any goods if they are in depreciated condition. RealBid will deduct any additional charges incurred for insufficient postage from the previous payment paid by the user.
Coupons, vouchers or any free credits come under the category of non-refundable items. The users who are found guilty of breaching terms & conditions of the company by indulging in fraudulent behaviour will not be eligible for a refund.
